Hearing Instrument Specialist, Co-Owner
Shannon Mithcell,
Shannon has worked in the hearing healthcare field since 2015, building her experience in private and corporate practice audiology as well as with the Infant Hearing Program since 2017.
She graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Speech and Language Sciences, followed by a postgraduate certificate as a Communicative Disorders Assistant. She then completed her Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma.
Shannon’s background in speech and communication gives her a deep appreciation for how hearing health affects everyday life — from family conversations at the dinner table to community gatherings and workplace interactions.
Patients value her calm, reassuring approach and her ability to clearly explain results and options. She believes hearing care should feel comfortable, informative, and unhurried.
Lisa Noble-Smith,
Hearing Instrument Specialist, Co-Owner
Lisa has been a familiar face in the Strathroy area for 15 years. After graduating from King’s University College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she earned her Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma and began her career in private practice and corporate practice.
With 20 years of experience in hearing healthcare, Lisa has developed the knowledge and practical skills to guide patients confidently through every stage of their hearing journey.
Her background in psychology supports her understanding that hearing health is deeply connected to overall well-being, confidence, and social connection. She takes pride in building strong, long-term relationships with her patients and ensuring they feel supported beyond their initial fitting.
Lisa believes great hearing care is built on trust, consistency, and time — values that align closely with Caradoc Hearing’s independent approach.

Consistent care. Familiar faces.
Because we operate independently, our patients benefit from continuity of care. You won’t be passed between rotating providers or unfamiliar staff.
We get to know your history.
We understand your preferences.
And we’re here when you need adjustments, follow-ups, or simply reassurance.
In a small community, relationships matter — and we’re proud of our patient connections.
